Westrom: Strong February forecast is good news

The February forecast released Thursday, February 28 shows a projected fiscal year 2014-15 budget deficit of $627 million. This is an improvement of $463 million from the November budget forecast that showed a project budget deficit of $1.1 billion. Continue Reading
