WORTHINGTON Worthington’s Water and Light Commission on Monday held off on implementation of a total ban on lawn watering, but if the city’s static levels in the wells at Lake Bella continue to decline at the current pace of approximately one foot per week, a watering ban will be imposed at the commission’s Oct. 15 meeting.
