Warren, MN (WDAY TV) — This is the last year movie theaters will have access to 35 millimeter film meaning if they want to air new movies, they’ll have to go digital. It comes with a hefty price tag, and may force some smaller theaters to close. One of the last drive-in theaters in Minnesota is trying to hold out.
Minnesota voters will decide in November if the state constitution should include a requirement that citizens need a photo ID to vote. That issue was a hot topic at a town hall meeting with Representatives Dan Fabian and Deb Kiel in Warren Tuesday night.
The 480-acre sanctuary originally known as The Wetlands Pines and Prairie Audubon Sanctuary was started in 1982 when Eldor Omdahl, a member of the Agassiz Audubon Society, began donating land to the group.
