Crews have cleaned up a small petroleum spill in the Bois de Sioux River on Wahpeton’s south side. Richland County Emergency Manager Brett Lambrecht tells The Forum that crews used booms and absorbent pads to contain and soak up the slick, which measured about two blocks long.
