WILLMAR Just weeks before Rep.-elect Bruce Vogel heads off to St. Paul for his first term in office, he got a list of requests and some frank advice while meeting Tuesday with the Kandiyohi County Board of Commissioners.
In the two weeks since ousting veteran legislator Al Juhnke from the House 13B seat, Bruce Vogel has been busy getting his house in order in Willmar before he leaves to set up a new house and office in St. Paul.
