Ultra Green plant to produce biodegradable products from wheat strawA wheat straw pulping and molding factory will open in Devils Lake this year, creating at least 100 jobs within the first two years and producing biodegradable products made from crops grown in the region. Ultra Green, based in Plymouth, Minn., will open in an existing building in Devils Lake’s industrial park on the west side of the city. It expects to expand to as many as 400 jobs over the next several years, according to CEO Mack Traynor, a Fargo native. Continue Reading
