Senate passes BLM streamlining bill

Private North Dakota campground loses grassland access

Guests of Sheyenne Oaks Horse and RV Park enjoyed easy access to trails on the nearby Sheyenne National Grasslands when the campground opened on Memorial Day weekend last year.
