GRAND FORKS A photo appearing to show Grand Forks Red River High School hockey fans dressed in white hoods and robes similar to those of the Ku Klux Klan surfaced on the social media site Twitter on Friday evening.
MADISON, Wis. University of Wisconsin graduate student Chris Cantey mapped geo-tagged tweets that included North Dakota State-related words during Saturday’s Football Championship Subdivision national championship game.
The tweets, which also include photos and links to videos of the officers, can encompass an array of activities everything from an officer responding to a homicide to a noise complaint.
