Judge says N.D. medical board should suspend Fargo surgeon accused of drugging, raping woman

An administrative law judge says North Dakota’s Board of Medical Examiners should suspend the license of a Fargo surgeon. Dr. Jon Norberg is accused of drugging a woman with a powerful sedative and raping her. The 41-year-old Norberg faces charges of rape and reckless endangerment in state district court in Fargo.
