Minnesota traffic safety officials are concerned about the safety of motorists during the Super Bowl weekend, especially on that Sunday.
According to Minnesota Department of Public Safety records it is noted that during Super Bowl weekends 20072009, there were at least 1,804 motor vehicle crashes in Minnesota, resulting in five deaths and at least 28 severe injuries. Three of the five deaths actually occurred on Super Sunday two of which were alcohol-related. All of these tragedies were avoidable. Continue Reading&
