When the first day of school bell rings next Tuesday, it is safe to say that Shane Massmann will be behind one of the desks at Osakis Public School like he has been for the last 720 school days.
It might not be completed by Saturday, but students planning to live at Blue Hawk Square on West Villard Street in Dickinson will not be homeless until it is completed, officials said Thursday.
