Imagine a waiting room full of patients with a variety of health issues. The doctor comes in and says, “We’re out of most of our medications and supplies, so today we’ll only treat colds. The rest of you will have to wait until we get out budget fixed in a month or two. We’re sorry, but sometimes you need to make decisions like this. It’s hard, but we’ll do what we can.
