When news of the Flood of 1997 reached the East Coast the people of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Long Branch, N.J., took up a special collection for their namesake church in Grand Forks. So this Sunday, St. Michaels of Grand Forks is forming a collection for the same New Jersey church recently hit by Hurricane Sandy. Continue Reading
