Mobridge tapping SDSU architecture students for ideas

Like many small towns in the state, Mobridge has been on the decline for decades and is struggling to maintain its population. Former city councilman Thomas Unterseher, a former city councilman, said South Dakota’s small towns need to improve their design and city planning if they want to attract and keep people and businesses.
