Commission agrees on 8 percent with a 4-1 vote
WORTHINGTON Nobles County Commissioners on Tuesday approved a not-to-exceed levy of 8 percent, bringing the total levy to $10,593,235. The vote passed 4-1, with Thier voting in opposition to the amount. The final levy will be set in mid-December, following a public truth in taxation hearing set for 6 p.m., Dec. 8. Continue Reading
