BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Rick Santorum’s decision to stop his Republican presidential campaign leaves his North Dakota delegates in limbo.
WASHINGTON – The Washington Post is reporting that Rick Santorum will announce this afternoon that he is suspending his presidential campaign, all but bringing to a close the 2012 GOP presidential contest and formally handing the nomination to Mitt Romney, according to an official close to the campaign.
