Roughrider Days Parade postponed until 1 p.m.

The Roughrider Days Parade has been postponed three hours because of rain. 

The parade will begin at 1 p.m. instead of the regularly scheduled 10 a.m. 

Family Fun Day will begin at noon at Jaycee Park as originally scheduled.
