Four Pierce County prep softball teams will be playing in WIAA regional semifinal contests this afternoon.
While the top four qualify for sectionals, there were will be many Pierce County prep track and field athletes heading to the WIAA Division 2 Bloomer Sectional Thursday as regional champions from Monday afternoon’s meet.
Spring Valley High School’s track and field teams didn’t run their first meet until the end of April even though the season began almost a month an half earlier. But Monday’s WIAA Division 3 Boyceville Regional the Cardinal boys and girls teams were finally at their best.
