The spotlight was on Joel Galvan this summer. Only it came not with a helmet and shoulder pads, but with gloves on his hands. The Grafton High School senior won state and region boxing titles, then earned the bronze medal in his weight class at the National Junior Olympic Boxing tournament in Mobile, Ala.
