One helicoptered from Plum City-area rollover

One person was evacuated by medical helicopter to Regions Hospital in St. Paul following a single-vehicle rollover reported just after 8 a.m., Wednesday, two miles south of Grange Hall in the Pierce County town of Union.

Pepin-Alma won its third game in a row Friday in a 14-8 victory over Plum City in Plum City.
Alma/Pepin prep baseball team battled back from a 4-1 deficit in the fourth inning and went on to win 9-7 Friday over Plum City.

X-rays revealed Monday that Plum City senior running back Gabe Rodriguez broke his leg in two places during Saturday’s 49-12 victory at De Soto. He will not play in Saturday’s state semifinals or the state championship, should the Blue Devils advance.
