WILLMAR A 38-year-old Willmar man who is already serving 12 years in prison for molesting a child pleaded guilty Tuesday to a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for molesting a now 13-year-old girl.
WORTHINGTON A plea hearing scheduled for Tuesday was continued after defendant Santos Manuel Lorenzo-Castillo reportedly changed his mind about accepting the plea agreement.
