Occupy protest in Minneapolis leads to 12 arrests

Twelve people were arrested during an Occupy Minnesota protest in downtown Minneapolis. Sgt. Stephen McCarty tells KARE-TV the demonstrators were traveling between Peavey Plaza and Loring Park on Saturday night. He says the 12 were arrested about 11 p.m. at 9th Street and Nicollet Avenue for blocking traffic and being a public nuisance. Continue Reading
