Victim in hospital after mule incident

WAGNER One of the three people injured in a parade accident Monday was still in the Wagner hospital Tuesday.
Wagner Community Memorial Hospital-Avera CEO and Administrator Bryan Slaba said two of the people were treated and released, but one was in stable condition Tuesday afternoon. Citing privacy rules, Slaba declined to release the victims’ names. Continue Reading
