Minnesota Duluth senior center Jack Connolly of Duluth is expected to be named today among three finalists for the 2012 Hobey Baker Memorial Award, which goes to the top player in Division I men’s hockey. Minnesota Duluth men’s hockey coach Scott Sandelin said today he has been contacted about the coaching position for Penn State’s new varsity team and probably will interview for the job sometime this month.
Something special has delivered Minnesota Duluth to the 2011 NCAA Frozen Four.
