Leaf collection, drop-off times to start Monday

Beginning Monday through the leaf season, the City of Mitchell Compost Drop-off Site will be open from 4:30 p.m. to sunset Monday through Friday, and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, for the drop-off of compost.
