While opponents of the Keystone XL pipeline have used recent oil spills to bemoan its potential construction, Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., took to the floor of the U.S. Senate this week with a different view.
The Keystone XL Pipeline, a point of contention during the presidential campaign, will likely move forward regardless of who is elected Tuesday, say current and former leaders from both parties.
Add Warren Buffett to the list of people who say the Keystone XL pipeline should be given the go-ahead.
