Retail planned for Corporate Center building in downtown Grand Forks

Two retail tenants agreed to a lease in the north building of the city-owned Corporate Center at 402 DeMers Ave., bringing the building to its highest occupancy since its construction in 1999. “That’s been vacant ever since it’s been built,” said Grand Forks Urban Development Director Greg Hoover. “I think it’s time we look at filling up the space and get things going.” Continue Reading
