Veteran inventor inspires

Rogenald Keller, the oldest resident of the Silver Bay Veteran’s Home, has always been an inventor. Ask him about himself and if you’re lucky you might get treated to a story about his time in Army’s Horse Cavalry during high school, service in the Marines during World War II, or tiger sharks encountered on deep-sea fishing trips.
