WORTHINGTON When Timothy Nolan Christle showed up for court Tuesday morning, his alleged blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was .04 percent a vast improvement over last week’s appearance, when he reportedly showed up for court with a .30 BAC that earned him a few nights in jail and cost him a $6,000 bond.
