Snow hampers travel in parts of the Dakotas

Travel has been hampered in parts of the Dakotas as the states get their second measurable snowfall in a week. North Dakota officials have reopened Interstate 94 from Mandan to Dickinson. I-94 had been closed earlier today because of trucks blocking the road. Continue Reading
Vehicles stuck and rolled over in ditches have been a common sight in the area over the past few weeks and Tuesday was much the same as area law enforcement responded to at least a dozen incidents.
