Rosie outlook: Longtime HRA director prepares for retirement

WORTHINGTON Rosie Rogers didn’t really know what she was getting into when she applied for a job with the Worthington Housing and Redevelopment Authority some 28 years ago.
She had just returned from a trip to Germany with the Worthington High School choir and found a letter in her mailbox from friend Nancy Gruchow.

WORTHINGTON City Council members met with Worthington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) staff members Monday night to clarify the recent appointment of two additional councilmen to the HRA Board of Commissioners.
LUVERNE The Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) honored a Luverne man for his dedication and service to the Luverne HRA during its annual conference in Duluth recently.
