Some southeast N.D. residents concerned about proposed power line

The 210-mile CapX2020 line will run from a substation near Casselton, N.D., south and east, passing near Hickson on its way to Minnesota. The North Dakota Public Service Commission already has found that the project with 33 miles of line in the state is justified but has yet to approve the line’s route. No deadline has been set for a decision.
