I-94 closed between Richardton and Hebron after semi hauling 10,000 gallons of fuel rolls into median

Flooding causes evacuation in Hebron; Dunn County asks for help spotting washed out roads

Two southwest North Dakota counties were dealing with flooding problems Friday and urging the public to be cautious of rising water. Hebron City Hall had to be turned into a shelter for the residents of 200-plus homes evacuated Friday due to flooding concerns, and further north in Dunn County, the county sheriff’s department and Dunn County Emergency Manager Denise Brew were asking the public to be cautious on the roads.
