JSDC considers greenhouse location

Some of the cleanest produce in the country could grow next to one of the seemingly dirtiest of places a landfill.
That’s one location the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. is considering for a commercial greenhouse. At its regular meeting Monday, the board voted to recommend the city and county spend $75,000 on a feasibility study to determine where to locate such a facility, how many people would work there, the cost to operate and who would buy the products.
