WILLMAR The Willmar Municipal Utilities Commission has directed its Labor Committee to negotiate an employment agreement with utility interim co-manager Wesley Hompe to serve as general manager.
WILLMAR The Willmar Municipal Utilities Commission is expected to act Tuesday to launch a search for a new general manager.
The 103-year-old company made $7.6 billion in 2011, up 62 percent from 2010. But problems surfaced that could hurt future earnings.
