Duluth representative says Democratic leaders urged him to drop out
ST. PAUL The Democratic Minnesota House leader wants Rep. Kerry Gauthier, DFL-Duluth, to leave the Legislature after police reports indicate he and a teen-aged boy had oral sex at a highway rest area.
DULUTH The St. Louis County Attorney’s office has decided not to pursue charges in an Interstate 35 rest stop incident last month involving state Rep. Kerry Gauthier and an individual police reports have confirmed to be a 17-year-old male.
