You probably have noticed that gas prices are nearing $4 at local pumps.
Following is the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in various communities around the state.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Gasoline prices are falling in North Dakota and South Dakota, and an analyst says they should continue to decline in the coming weeks.
