GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) – The very wet summer we had was raising concerns about next spring’s flood outlook.
With yet another potential 3-foot rise in Devils Lake this year, state and federal agencies are scrambling to stay ahead of the rising lake.
People in Oslo and Drayton are beginning preparations in case there is major flooding again this year. The National Weather Service released its latest predictions this week. They showed a better than 50-50 chance of major flooding in many northern Red River Valley communities.
