Freshman Republican Congressman Rick Berg has defeated Bismarck businessman Duane Sand in North Dakota’s U.S. Senate primary.
Former Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain is visiting North Dakota on behalf of U.S. Senate candidate Duane Sand. Cain was scheduled to begin his tour in Fargo on Friday morning and travel to Bismarck later in the day to meet with delegates at the state Republican convention.
