Future of Dickinson Elks building uncertain

The owner of the Historic Elks Building in downtown Dickinson is continuing his efforts to strike a deal with a third party to buy the property even as attorneys on Thursday continued arguments in the Stark County Courthouse pertaining to lawsuits stemming from a 2007 fire in the building.
