10 CVB board members resign

All but one member of the Convention and Visitors Board of Directors resigned Monday. The 10 members announced their resignation in a letter to Dickinson City Commissioners citing proposed ordinance changes affecting the Convention and Visitors Bureau’s budget as their reason for leaving.
Commissioners passed the first reading of the proposed amendment at a Monday meeting.
