BISMARCK — A group of fireworks stand operators in North Dakota wants to change a new law that prohibits the sale of bottle rockets.
The group has turned in an initiated ballot measure to the secretary of state’s office. It seeks a public vote on a proposal to allow bottle rocket sales to people 18 years of age and older. Continue reading…
