SDSU engineering group heads to Bolivia next month

BROOKINGS (AP) A group of engineering students at South Dakota State University is traveling to Bolivia next month as part of a five-year commitment to improve drinking water safety and sanitation in one village.
Bolivia enacted a law today lowering the country’s retirement age to 58, bucking a global trend in which countries push people to work longer to counteract the burden on national treasuries of rising life expectancy. The question: Can the country sustain it?
