BISMARCK Minot State University President David Fuller had some tough talk for presidents of North Dakota’s 11 public colleges and universities after the March 7 meeting of the board that oversees the system.
The Dickinson Planning and Zoning Commission would like developers to think not only of the first residents moving into the neighborhoods they are building, but those who will live there in 100-plus years.
If I were the director of the drama playing out in Bismarck this winter, I’d ask the lighting crew to move the spots just a little, away from the chancellor and on to the State Board of Higher Education itself.
