GRAND FORKS Tim Schuster of Grand Forks is an archery expert who works as regional manager for Easton, the arrow company, and the hunting division of Outtech, a sales organization that represents a variety of outdoor gear manufacturers. In that position, he represents 17 different product lines, mainly related to archery gear, in a territory that covers the Dakotas and Minnesota.
