WILLMAR – Willmar Police responded around 9:15 a.m. this morning to a property damage crash at the intersection of State Highway 40 and County Road 5. The crash involves two vehicles and is partially blocking the northbound lanes of County Road 5 and the westbound lanes of Highway 40. No further information is available.
