WASHINGTON (AP) The Environmental Protection Agency is expected to approve higher concentrations of ethanol for newer vehicles, raising the maximum blend of the corn-based fuel with gasoline from 10 percent to 15 percent.

WILLMAR Derrick Jose Arredondo, 23, of Sartell, was ordered to serve 48 months in prison, with an additional 10-year conditional release period, on a third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl in Willmar.
