Historic gazebo being re-created

By 2020 the nine-county area serviced by the South Central Dakota Regional Council will need 2,799 more housing units, according to a new study.
The SCDRC released the second part of its Region VI Housing Needs Assessment study Monday, conducted by Maxfield Research Inc., of Minneapolis, Minn., which shows that Stutsman County will need 1,041 more housing units by 2020.
