Here we go again. There is a Dunn County Commissioner who has been predicting for the last year or two, based on discussions with officials in Bismark, that Dunn County would have 90 oil drilling rigs in the County during the summer of 2013. Currently Dunn County has about 30 drilling rigs. Perhaps Ms. James can take a lesson from Dunn County, the lesson being, that not everything comming out of Bismarck is “gospel”. Just because land is being leased does not mean things will happen. Ask some of the people who live between Dickinson and New England.
