Camp Arroya, or as some refer to it, the Girl Scout Camp, is a nature sanctuary gracing the northwest shore of Lake Mitchell.

Before the City Council votes to not extend or renew the lease, they should be required to publish their business plan if they take control of it. How many new city employees at what cost? How many improvements at what cost? Would it remain a nature park or would they pave and beautify it?
Perhaps they could take 10% off that Corn Palace project and fund this camp for 10 years? But no way. It’s not on main street
Leave some tiny oasis on the Lake as it was back in time. Many residents like their memories left intact.
